LifeOdyssey Agency (ZalaCompany Inc.) collects only the minimum data needed to improve the service and respond to inquiries. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is stored.

1. Visitor behavior data (PostHog)

We use the PostHog analytics tool to understand how the site is used. Anonymized behavioral data — pages visited, buttons clicked, referral sources — is collected without identifying individuals. Your IP address is discarded at collection and not stored (only country-level statistics are retained), and some data is kept in your browser's cookies and local storage.

2. Error diagnostic data (Sentry)

We use the Sentry error-tracking tool to detect and fix site errors quickly. When an error occurs, the error message, where it happened, and your browser and device environment are sent. Information that identifies you — name, email, inquiry content — is stripped before transmission.

3. Contact form (Resend)

The name, email, contact number, and message you submit through the contact form are used solely to respond to your inquiry and are delivered to our team via the Resend email service. The information collected is retained only for a reasonable period after the inquiry concludes, then deleted.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for analytics and to remember your language preference. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited as a result.
