LifeOdyssey Agency (ZalaCompany Inc.) collects only the minimum data needed to improve the service and respond to inquiries. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored.

1. Visitor behavior data (PostHog)

We use PostHog analytics to understand how the site is used. Anonymized behavioral data — pages visited, buttons clicked, and referral sources — is collected without identifying individuals. Your IP address is discarded at collection and not stored; only country-level statistics are retained. Some data is stored in your browser's cookies and local storage.

2. Error diagnostic data (Sentry)

We use Sentry error tracking to detect and fix site errors quickly. When an error occurs, the error message, location, browser, and device environment may be transmitted. Information that identifies you — such as name, email, or inquiry content — is removed before transmission.

3. Contact form (Resend)

The name, email, contact number, and message you submit through the contact form are used solely to respond to your inquiry and are delivered to our team through the Resend email service. The collected information is retained only for a reasonable period after the inquiry concludes, then deleted.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for analytics and to remember your language preference. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited as a result.
